About the Teacher: Bryan Stratton

The Teacher:

Bryan Stratton earned his Bachelor of Music degree with an emphasis in education from Western Washington University. He has taught general music in public and private schools in Washington and Idaho. In 2000, he received his Musikgarten® Music for Families and Cycles certification and began teaching early childhood music classes for the Seattle Symphony in their education facility, Soundbridge. He is currently also teaching general music and music theory at Homeschool Connections and he is the Childrens Liaison at the Brier Branch of the Sno-Isle Regional Libraries. Bryan is a member and co-office administrator of the Early Childhood Music and Movement Association.


Bryan is well loved by students, parents and audiences throughout greater Seattle. Besides teaching classes and individual lessons, he has performed and conducted musicals with the Mountaineer Players, Snoqualmie Falls Theater, Burien Little Theater and New Savoy Theater. Bryan's family lives and homeschools in Snohomish.
